SHORELINE CHAMBER IN ACTIONSeeking VolunteersThe Shoreline Chamber of Commerce is seeking volunteers to help set-up and breakdown our Navigating Success After Hours event on May 22nd. The event runs from 4:30 to 6:30pm. Volunteers are asked to arrive at 3:30pm and remain afterwards for a brief breakdown. To volunteer, please email us. May Chamber Luncheon - May 8The Shoreline Chamber of Commerce welcomed members and community supporters to our May Luncheon, held at Seattle Scottish Rite Center in Shoreline. Our speaker was John Glynn from Workforce Development Council of Seattle-King County, who spoke to us about public workforce tools, programs, and resources to support businesses and employees. John also introduced Leslie Patten who is taking over John's role. A special thanks to Drew at Seattle Scottish Rite Center for seamlessly accommodating our last-minute venue shift. Special thanks also to member and our sponsor for this luncheon, North City Water and to member North City Bistro for catering an outstanding lunch. After Hours Event April 30thOn Tuesday, April 30th the Chamber held a great After-Hours event, hosted by Vault 177. This was a terrific opportunity for our members and the broader Shoreline business community to gather in an informal setting to make connections. Fun was had by all.
