Dale Sutton


Membership Committee Chair

Dale Sutton is the owner of Magic Photo, a photo imaging center. Magic Photo specializes in great color prints, archiving your family photos and movies as well as professional photography for individuals and families. Dale joined the Shoreline Chamber of Commerce when he opened Magic Photo in the fall of 1995. He has been an active Chamber member over the years as a board member and Ambassador as well as part of the Auction Committee, Membership Committee and Communication Committee. Luncheon attendees also know him as the Greeter and Registration Host.

Dale Provencher


Dale Provencher has been with the Shoreline Chamber from its beginning in 1976, as an Ambassador and board member. His current job is campus patrol and response with King's Schools and Crista Ministries, with a total of 45 years with Washington State School Security as Patrol Major (armed security patrol and response of Public Schools). He is involved with Shoreline Rotary.

Lorie Hoffman


Communications Committee Member

Lorie is the Executive Director of the Shoreline-Lake Forest Park Arts Council, she has worked in both the for-profit and non-profit world having run three art galleries, her own business, and now a non-profit. With undergraduate degrees in business & media and a masters in Fine Art she is often the business-person-in-the-art-world, and art-person-in-the-business-world. During her time at the Arts Council she had developed an Art/Business Workshop Series that strives to bring solid business practices to our creative community and has learned along the way that getting artists to say "sole proprietor" just might be harder than herding cats.

Marlin Gabbert


Marlin Gabbert has been involved as principal architect in significant projects for Seattle Pacific University, Shoreline School District, Valley Medical Center, Stevens Medical Center Public Hospital Districts, and UW Medical Center.  Marlin has managed the programming, planning, and construction phases for projects large and small.  He has a passion for architecture and planning that has helped drive him to become active in the community, serving as Shoreline Planning Commissioner for eight years and as its chair for two and a half years.

Robert P. Brouillard

Robert is an attorney with a general civil practice. He lives and works in the Richmond Beach neighborhood of Shoreline. Before opening his law practice in 2012, Robert served for 15 years as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Western District of Washington in Seattle.

Judy Parsons


Fundraising Committee Chair

Judy Parsons has lived in Shoreline for 40 years. She works at the Shoreline-LFP Senior center as the Marketing & Outreach person. She was on the Shoreline School Board for 12 years. Her community involvement is currently: Secretary of the Shoreline Chamber board, President of the North Urban Human Services Alliance, and on the board of the Shoreline Historical Museum.  She loves living in Shoreline!

Jeff King


Economic Development Committee Member

Jeff King is a manager at Heritage Bank and with his wife owns a home-based business in Shoreline. He has been an active board member of the Chamber and a Shoreline resident for a long time.

JoAnn Clark


Fundraising Committee

JoAnn Clark represents the Shoreline Elks #1800 as Community Services/Govt. Relations Chair. She has served as an officer several years and currently in addition to above committee she is working on their charity projects and interviewing potential members. She is retired from the insurance industry and enjoys gardening and reading.

Dan Eernissee

City of Shoreline Board Liaison (non-voting)

Dan joined the City of Shoreline after ten years serving in the private sector as development lead on over $300 million of residential, retail, and lifestyle-center development. As Economic Development Manager, Dan uses placemaking to attract investment to the city, specifically to Shoreline’s rebuilt 3-mile section of Highway 99, seeking to transform it from an aging strip retail corridor into an eclectic 21st Century neighborhood and employment center. Dan is also President of Lavoro Development, Inc., holds degrees in both business and theology, and teaches real estate investing and business ethics at two Seattle-area universities. He is a proud member of a family that includes a triple-threat daughter, a Renaissance son, and their extraordinary mother.

Megan Kogut

Megan measured things for ten years in various academic laboratories, taught policy and science at UW Tacoma for several years, and then worked eight years in environmental permitting, program management and strategic communications. She then worked for several large and small businesses before accidentally opening a bar in Shoreline in 2015. She now manages the bar and bartends on the side. She also volunteered for ten years as a board member of several professional nonprofit organizations.
