The City of Shoreline is updating the Comprehensive Plan – its 20-year plan that lays the foundation for future decisions on new housing, jobs, public infrastructure, services, and many more. The update is on schedule to be completed by the end of 2024 and will include the key themes of housing, climate, and equity and social justice. Andrew leads the City of Shoreline’s Planning Team which oversees long-range planning and implementation of the Development Code and development review process. He has more than 17 years of planning experience with local jurisdictions in the Puget Sound region working on diverse topics such as housing, policy and code development, subarea planning, and transit-oriented development.
Elise Keim
Senior Planner, City of Shoreline
Elise is a Senior Planner with the City of Shoreline working on long-range planning efforts. She has worked in several jurisdictions in Western Washington on topics like commercial development, housing policy, and environmental and zoning review.
