Join Us for a 2026 World Cup Local Action Plan Meeting
The World Cup is coming to Seattle next summer, bringing an estimated $929 million in economic activity to King County and an unprecedented opportunity for our diverse communities to connect over the love of “the beautiful game.” Join us to learn about local activations and get involved. Approximately 750,000 visitors are expected—roughly equal to the population of Seattle. Let’s work together to make the most of this opportunity to connect across cultures within our own community and welcome the world to Shoreline.

To help our community prepare for this unprecedented opportunity, the Shoreline Chamber of Commerce is partnering with the City of Shoreline to host this follow up to our February kickoff with the Seattle World Cup Local Organizing Committee (LOC). This event, happening on Wednesday, June 4th, is open to all businesses, community leaders, and individuals. Whether you live, work, or own property in Shoreline or beyond, join us to share your ideas or find out what is happening and how to get involved as we prepare for this global event. Learn more about the plans underway to prepare our community for this once-in-a-lifetime event and how the Shoreline Chamber of Commerce World Cup Readiness Committee will be serving as a central hub for planning and collaboration.
